Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Good knowledge of the process of making our product.
    • Keep track of open orders and ensure their timely delivery.
    • Vendor creation Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
    • Review quality of purchased products and ideas to improve product quality.
    • Making reports on databases and creating and maintaining data in excel/google sheet.
    • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
    • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses and order VS supplies
    • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
    • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and build the safety free stocks of demanding products.
    • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
    • Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Executive or similar role.
    • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and strong clear communications.
    • Good knowledge of Software and MS-Office, Supply chain process.
    • Solid analytical skills, with the ability and Negotiation skills, Product cost control process.
    • Vendors Coordination and follow up for dispatches and sample development etc.
    • Good knowledge of handling jewelry launches from strategy to design selection.
