    Hiring For Microsoft Azure Migration SpecialistJob Location : GurgaonImmediate Joining !Profile:- Microsoft Azure Migration- International Technical Support (Technical Voice Process)Eligibility Criteria:Work Experience of Minimum 3-4 years on Microsoft Azure Migration Experience is Mandatory.Working Experience & Expertise on Azure Services including IAAS, PAAS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Active Directory Domain Services [ ADDS ] , PowerShell, Firewall Configuration, Intune, Identity Service, Storage, Networking, Database is mandatory.Must have Certifications like MCSE or MCSD Azure (Advanced Level), AZ104 & ITILPrincipal Responsibilities
    • Responsible to provide high end Technical & Project based support & consultation for Azure Cloud Migration.
    • Help Tier 1 resources to address the Microsoft Azure Migration related issues.
    • Troubleshooting the Level 2 & advanced Azure Migration issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved in the defined SLA & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.
    • Initiate improvements in tools, requirements gathering, processes, and people. Responsible to investigate causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the Azure Migration related tickets.
    • Understanding Azure support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them.
    • Responsible for handling individual projects related to new implementations, improvisations or migrations to Azure.
    • Should have excellent understanding of IT Infrastructure elements like Servers, Network, AD, DNS, DHCP, File etc.
    • Should have excellent troubleshooting skills to troubleshoot complex issues related to Azure Migration.
    Salary : Up To 18 LPA5 Days WorkingRotational Shifts &OffFree Both Side Cabs
