Job Description

    We are hiring for the Microwave analyst.Experience required - 5-8 years Notice period - should be 15-30 daysKey skills- Microwave , Microwave performance , Transmission , RTN Location - Gurgaon Notice period Immediate to 1 Month ( Looking for)Network Skill & Knowledge:
    • Capture and analyze network Transmission equipment configuration data by interacting with the
    • customer teams. Usually data are extracted from EMS or NMS data dumps.
    • Knowledge to Extract data from EMS or NMS as per customer availability.
    • Basic knowledge of MW transmission, integration & configuration.
    • Identify missing data in configuration files and work with customer to identify how/ where to get the
    • data from (site information, links information.)
    • Understanding of E2E connectivity from Ran to Transport towards destination node at configuration
    • level on transport.
    • Responsible for Microwave Transmission issue closer.
    • Knowledge of MW planning, link budget parameters & key element required for MW Planning.
    • Interaction with the Customer team for all Major and minor issues.
    • Co-ordinate with Customer for proper provisioning, troubleshooting and testing of link configuration.
    • Provide Technical Support for I&C and operations related field issues.
    • Work with project manager to scope and estimate project work
    • Identify and develop Acceptance Test Specifications
    • Work on customer projects to lead the work required to model the customer network into company NEP software
    • Design and run customer acceptance testing for NEP solution
    • Understand various technology such as MW ,SDH , DWDM
    • Communicate with development team to ensure correct modulization of the network into the NEP
    • software OR use tools to modelized the network into NEP
    • Reports to company project manager Job requirements

    • Analytical & Problem-Solving skills should be one of high points.
    • Result oriented, Process oriented and good Team driving skills
