Their medicines and approach focuses on holistic wellness along with the prevention and management of diseases in the most natural manner. The founder is a branding and advertising expert, and a successful entrepreneur who believes in implementing best practices and delivering quality Ayurveda healthcare. Their vision is to reach billions of people through the correct adoption of pure Ayurveda in the management and prevention of ailments, via technology-led innovation and crucial partnerships. As National Sales Manager , you will be responsible for the business development and revenue generation for the regions: Delhi NCR and UP. What you will do:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing partners to grow channel sales
  • Cold calling /arranging meetings with potential partners to prospect for new business
  • Gathering and presenting market and customer information
  • Representing the organization at seminars, events
  • Supporting partners in joint activities to boost sales
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions to partners
  • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
  • Meeting sales and growth targets as set by management
  • Initiating and managing marketing initiatives for partners
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • Experience in channel sales in Pharma. Someone who has done nutraceuticals will be preferred.
  • Self-starter Independent remote worker
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently and handle a team
  • Able to deliver business value to the sales operation and customer.
  • Ability to develop relationships and work extensively with channel partners
  • Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Fluent in English
