Job Description

- Making recommendations on policy improvisation ,communicating impacts to senior management and stakeholder management- Drive answers to analytic challenges and manage a team of analysts to solve different parts of the problem- Good sense of logical reasoning and quick understanding of the client requirements and efficient management of deliverables- Collecting and interpreting data for ad hoc projects.- Help out in BD, present to other clients to win more projects- Manage the admin responsibilities for an existing 25 member team and building it further to be 40+Required Skills :- Strong Analytics Background (Modeling experience is preferable, but not mandatory)- Strong in SAS, MS-Excel, VBA & PowerPoint, Tableau experience preferable- Experience in leading client discussions- Experience in managing large teams- Willing to work out of client location- Flexible to work in US timings,
