Job Description

    Job Title:IT Support Engineer (L1)Experience:24 YearsLocation:[Gurgaon]Employment Type:Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and technically soundIT Support Engineer (L1)with 24 years of experience in network and desktop support. The candidate will be responsible for handling IT support tickets, troubleshooting network/server/PC issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle and resolvenetwork, server, and desktop support ticketswithin defined SLAs.
    • ProvideL1 support for routing, switching, and firewall configuration/troubleshooting.
    • Configure and troubleshootWi-Fi networks and connectivity issues.
    • Manage and supportActive Directory (AD) user accounts, roles, and permissions.
    • Basic administration ofBackup Servers and File Servers.
    • PerformPC troubleshooting(Windows OS issues, system recovery, hardware problems).
    • Coordinate withOEM/vendorsfor hardware replacements and service support.
    • Conductinitial PC setup(OS installation, system configuration, domain joining, software installation).
    • Provide L1 support forCCTV systems, Access Control systems, and office automation equipment.
    • Manage vendor relationships and track open issues until closure.
    • Maintain documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
    • Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and operational requirements.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure/Support.
    • Strong knowledge ofRouting & Switching (L1 level).
    • Basic knowledge ofFirewall configuration and management.
    • Understanding ofWi-Fi configuration and troubleshooting.
    • Basic knowledge ofActive Directory, Backup & File Servers.
    • Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
    • Experience in vendor coordination and management.
    Required Skills
    • Good communication skills in English.
    • L1 level knowledge of routing/switching & basic Firewall configuration & working.
    • Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi configuration and working.
    • Vendor management knowledge.
    • AD roles, Backup server & File server basic understanding.
    • PC troubleshooting for recovery, windows issues & hardware related issues (coordination with OEM).
    • Initial PC setup knowledge.
    • L1 level knowledge of CCTV, Access control and other OA equipments.
