Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesRole Requirement

  • Network troubleshooting through voice call with end customer ( medium and small businesses ) of UAE region. [ Products are UCAAS products ]
  • Inbound and outbound calls to support end customer and escalating if unresolved.
  • Receive calls from field technicians and engineers to provide technical troubleshooting for both consumer and SMB products and escalating if unresolved.
Skill Requirement
  • Experience in managing network related incidents for small and medium business customers
  • Networking knowledge ( i.e. IP telephony, broadband connectivity, latency issues, security/firewall, Unified communications and others )
  • Understanding of telecom products for data and voice, cloud products, OTT, video surveillance etc.
  • Prefer candidates with hands on field experience in managing GPON / Access network related incidents for small and medium business customers
  • Prefer candidates with NOC experience
  • Communication and problem solving skills with focus on first time resolution
  • Ok with Rotational shifts not any country specific
  • Immediate joiners only
