Job Description

    Job briefAs an Office Administrator, you will help the company operate smoothly on a day-to-day basis, so that employees can perform their best. You will oversee office tasks, such as handling correspondence, maintaining records, ensuring communication within teams, and many more. Those who meet the criteria of being good at multitasking and encouraging collaboration will be the ideal fit. An Office Admin primarily excels at organization and effective communication.Office admin roles and responsibilities
    • Act as a first point of contact to external vendors and guests, directing them to appropriate offices.
    • Respond to calls and emails within the stipulated time or forward them to wherever necessary.
    • Answer all queries professionally as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
    • Maintain a record of visitors/calls and follow appropriate security procedures.
    • Coordinate office operations by supervising office staff and maintaining office systems.
    • Manage end-to-end travel requirements for C and E suite.
    • Organize office operations and processes, such as assisting with payroll, expense reports, handling correspondence, and supporting HR-related tasks.
    • Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.
    • Assist finance department with book-keeping, preparation of budgets, and other tasks.
    • Take corrective actions and ensure financial objectives are met.
    • Manage office supplies across all floors.
    • Assist colleagues whenever necessary and perform necessary duties when needed.
    Requirements
    • A high school diploma or bachelors in office administration or any related field.
    • Two to three years of experience as an office admin, office assistant, or any relevant role.
    • Outstanding organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
    • Hands-on experience with basic accounting principles and management processes.
    • Proficiency using MS Office, QuickBooks, ERP, and other software.
    • Customer-service oriented.
