This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and managing Business Associates (BAs) along with their agent teams, ensuring strong business performance and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, train, and develop Business Associates and their agent networks
• Drive sales and achieve business targets through effective field engagement and monitoring
• Conduct weekly Performance Review Processes (PRPs) and update Sales Management System
• Implement Career Progression Programs to enhance agent engagement and retention
• Leverage digital tools (CRM, Agent Portal, etc.) for sales efficiency and cross-selling opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Life Insurance Agency Channel (mandatory)
• Education: Graduate (any discipline)
• Skills: Proven leadership, communication, and sales skills; ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Other: Strong local market knowledge with a consistent and stable career record
