    Job descriptionJob Resposibility Workwiththemarketingteamtodevelop engaging, visually appealing graphics and video content. Developcreative andinnovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects that might include logos, branding materials social media, website, print ads, digital ads, event collaterals, other print collaterals. Ensureallgraphicsanddesigns areoptimized for offline (print, outdoors etc.) as well as online (web, social) platforms and are on-brand. Useappropriatecolorsand layoutsforeach graphic while receiving and incorporating feedback from team members to refine and improve designs. Editandmanipulatevideo footage tocreatevisually engaging and cohesive videos forYouTube, Meta Advertising and other social media channels. Understandthenarrative and objectives ofthe video content anddevelop a storytelling approach through effective sequencing and editing techniques. Editandmixaudioelements,includingdialogue,music, and soundeffects, to ensure high-quality audio for video projects Researchindustrytrends and competitors tostay up-to-date on latest market & design trends and industry best practices.Skills: Proficiencyin graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and video editing software such asAdobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,After Effects or other latest / relevant tools Solidunderstanding ofdesign principles, typography, colortheory, layout composition, and video editing techniques Creativethinking &the ability to translate concepts intovisually appealing designs and engaging videos Attentiontodetailandastrongeyefor aesthetics Abilitytoworkindependentlywith minimalsupervision. Adaptabilityandwillingnessto incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed Knowledgeofmotiongraphics,visualeffects, and audio editing is a plus.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in GraphicDesign,Multimedia, or a related field.
