Role: Principal Frontend Engineer Job Description As a part of the Platform Team, you will have a critical role in shaping the design of front-end layer of company applications. Role: 1. Understand the business end-to-end in order to drive a use-case driven architecture. 2. Identify parts of the code-base which can be made reusable. 3. Propose use of appropriate frameworks and libraries in keeping with needs. 4. Identify and erase technical debt in the front-end layer. 5. Provide consultancy to engineering teams on specific front-end challenges. 6. Propose front-end engineering best practices and help teams in adopting them. 7. Be hands-on in improving and developing new front-end code. Desired Profile: 1. 8 years min. Experience in front-end software development. 2. Hands-on experience building front-end for consumer Web/mobile apps at scale 3. Strong exposure to open-source frameworks and libraries like Angular, React etc. 4. Good design skills and awareness of best practices 5. Ability to interact with front-end engineers across teams and mentor them,
