Job DescriptionJob Position :- Talent Acquisition Specialist. Company Profile :- Company is a bus aggregating platform offering bus service to its commuters in cities like Noida and Gurgaon. The platform claims to offer services such as good buses, reserved seats, flexibility in timing and economically viability,has raised $20 million in a Series-A round from Lightspeed, Times Internet and Sequoia India. The company will utilise the fund for expansion and technology. Qualification :- MBA in HR. Experience :- 2-3 year(Experience should be in Tech/Engineering hiring is Mandatory). - -Talent Acquisition/Hiring will be the key deliverable wherein the incumbent will be responsible for the entire recruitment life-cycle for key Tech & non-Tech roles across the organization. -The incumbent shall also be involved in other HR areas that help create an exception employee experience viz. Induction, Onboarding, Internal communication etc. -Ownership of other HR projects time-to-time as the function scales up. -A chance to work closely with the best brains in the industry - Competitive compensation.
