Please find the details below:Role: Decision Analytics Product Analytics Experience: 8 YearsLocation: Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram, and ChennaiMust-Have Skills:8 years of experience applying analytics to solve complex product-related challenges.Strong SQL and Python skills for data manipulation, analysis, and insight generation.Hands-on experience with Web Analytics tools and tagging (Exposure to Adobe Analytics/Adobe Experience Platform preferred).Strong analytical capability to identify patterns, solve complex problems, and extract insights from structured & unstructured data.Expertise in A/B testing, including hypothesis setup, execution, and advanced analysis of user behaviour impact.Excellent communication and storytelling skills ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that shape product strategy.Proven experience collaborating with product managers, UX researchers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.Good-to-Have:Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.Experience in data governance, reporting requirements, ROI analysis.Experience in global or fast-paced environments.Expertise with Tableau for dashboards and automated reporting.Experience working with product data in the travel domain.Strong operational improvement mindset.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply.Thanks & Regards,Capgemini HR Team
