Job Description

    We are Hiring Information Technology Specialist For one of the Reputed FMCG Company of KSA(Virtual Interview - Shortlisting in progress)
    • Location: Saudi Arabia
    • Salary: Up to 6000 SAR
    Experience: Minimum 5 years as an Information Technology Specialist or in a similar roleApplications Management:
    • Execute application changes to enhance the reliability, scalability, extensibility, security, and performance of Business Applications based on approved change requests.
    • Configure Business Applications in accordance with best practices.
    • Research, compare, analyze, and recommend solutions and components that align with business requirements.
    • Perform application configurations, upgrades, roll-ups, and customizations in a supported manner to avoid disruptions during upgrades.
    • Create and update Business Application-related documents such as Configuration Document, Release Notes, Change Scripts, Application Architectures, User Guides, etc.
    • Assist in the detailed design and development of applications.
    Solutions Design:
    • Define innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Evaluate and recommend development tools for optimal system design and software development efficiency.
    Application Support Management:
    • Manage application support requests.
    • Coordinate with internal departments and end-users to ensure proper training on system functions.
    • Develop and maintain application training materials, incorporating modern technologies and methods.
    Support Project Management:
    • Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of existing IT program and project processes.
    • Suggest and recommend innovations, enhancements, and corrective actions for IT projects.
    • Ensure the successful delivery of project requirements, meeting project deliverables, business expectations, end-users experience, and service quality.
    Technical & Task Management:
    • Identify project functional/technical resources and build the API & Middleware team.
    • Monitor and follow up on tasks to ensure timely delivery.
    • Escalate issues promptly if required quality standards are not met to avoid disruptions in application-related deliveries.
    Qualifications:
    • College degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
    • Must have Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP system & EBS 12.1 & 12.2 / Oracle Fusion Forms, Reports & Workflow Development.
    • Proficiency in SQL, including writing T-SQL queries, functions, stored procedures, packages, triggers, and database design.
    • Experience in full lifecycle development and technical architecture.
    • Hands-on experience in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS applications development & support.
    • Proficiency in Java, PHP, .NET Framework development, including AJAX, JQuery, Node.js, .Net Core, MVC, Angular.js, Web API, Design Patterns, Open-Source Platforms, etc.
    • Track record in designing and delivering system solutions in medium to large-size companies.
