Job Description

    IMMEDIATE JOINERS OR NOTICE PERIOD WITH 30-45 DAYS ARE REQUIRED.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, understanding the existing architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Design and configureOTMmodules, shipment planning, execution, freight settlement, Multi-currency, Multi-language, order management integration, Transportation network design, and Workflow automation.
    • Must know the shipping framework from Oracle Applications Shipping module, and co-relate the same withOTM.
    • Should have deeper understanding on the Data Migration activities.
    • Having the working experience withOTMCloud Middleware or APIGEE for seamless global integration with ERP, WMS, and third-party systems is preferrable.
    • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets functional and performance requirements.
    • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using theOTMsystem.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related toOTMfunctionality and performance.
    • Work closely with IT and other departments to integrateOTMwith other enterprise systems and vendor systems like Fedex, Fourkites.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
    • Stay current withOTMupdates and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
    • Participate in project planning, status meetings, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud.
    • Strong understanding of transportation management processes and best practices.
    • Proficiency inOTMconfiguration, including workflow design, data mapping, and integration.
    • Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and reporting.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Project management experience is a plus.
    • OracleOTMCloud certification is preferred.
