Job Description

    Hiring: ORM Executive (Online Reputation Management)Location: Gurgaon Sector 65 Experience: 1to 3 Years Experience Salary: Up to 3035K NTH (Depends on Interview) Shift: General Shift Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic ORM Executive to manage our brands online reputation across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in handling customer interactions, and the ability to manage online reviews, feedback, and escalations effectively. Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor brand mentions across social media, review platforms, and forums
    • Track keywords and identify negative sentiment or potential risks
    • Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback within defined SLAs
    • Maintain brand tone and professionalism in all communications
    • Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
    • Raise and track tickets to ensure proper complaint closure
    • Identify and escalate high-risk reputation issues
    • Work closely with Support, Tech, Ops, and Marketing teams
    • Use ORM tools and ensure proper tagging and reporting

    • Graduate in any discipline
    • 13 years of experience in ORM / Customer Support / Social Media Handling
    • Experience in handling platforms like Google Reviews, , etc.
