The role involves making cold calls, conducting follow-ups, and closing leads into sales. Candidates must have a target-oriented mindset and be able to consistently achieve 100% of assigned targets.Key Responsibilities:
    • Make cold calls using available data and conduct regular follow-ups.
    • Convert leads into sales by gathering information and providing solutions to potential clients.
    • Maintain high energy and confidence throughout the sales process.
    • Ensure 100% target completion.
    Candidate Requirements:
    • Communication Skills: Above-average proficiency in verbal communication.
    • Convincing Skills: Ability to persuade potential clients.
    • Energetic & Confident: A positive attitude and confidence in dealing with clients.
    • Experience in Outbound Telesales is preferred.
