Payroll Coordinator Location Gurgaon Relevant Experience 2-4 Years Salary Negotiable Roles & Responsibilities : Excellent communications skills. Strong background in Processing and coordination of Payroll and other processes. Essential knowledge in benefit and compensation principals, Income Tax and retrials. Hiring IN software though upload/ Manual updations. Separation in software and F&F preparation basis input from Company. Mater data updations in HRMS and basic check / control on non-financial data. Basic knowledge of statutory compliances relating to Payroll like PF/ ESI/ Ptax/ LWF and TDS. Checking of output report downloaded from HRIS in excel Vs Input. Variance analysis of payroll and accuracy. Knowledge on various perquisites under Income Tax Act. Annual Compliance report for statutory relating to salaries. Employee queries resolution.
