The Person should possess a strong analytical mindset, good communication (Hindi / English), attention to detail and the desire continuously drive improvements and simplify processes.What skills will help you succeed in this role B.com / MBA Graduate Preferred Minimum 4-5 Years of Experience for in India Payroll Processing (for Grade 3) Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience for in India Payroll Processing (for Grade 2) | Detailed Taxation Knowledge will not be applicable for this Grade Preferred Location would be Delhi NCRWhat will help you drive results Collecting payroll inputs, calculating, and syncing/updating data in the system. Payroll Specialist will be responsible for Processing End to End Payroll for 10hidden_mobile0 employees | Full & Final Settlement | Perform Maker Checker | Taxation Validation | TDS Return Preparation and submission | Compliances Validation e.g. PF | ESIC | Professional Tax and Labor Welfare fund within an agreed SLAs. Ensuring timelines are met for salary processing/disbursement and statutory compliances. Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Advance Excel) Record keeping for TDS Challans | Acknowledgements | Proofs (if any) Proficient with payroll Applications MS / Any Other Payroll Application) / Technical Mindset
