Immediate Hiring -Designation - Associate Backend OperationsDetails:Education Requirement:B.Com, BBA, BSc(Plain), BA, BAF, BBI, BMS (No- B.Sc. IT, BCA, B.Sc. CS, Stats, Maths Hons & Eco Hons) No MCA, BE, B. Tech, Full-time MBAKey Details:

  • Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate should be comfortable to work in evening/night shifts.
  • Should have basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Candidate should be open to signing a years service agreement.
  • Both sides transport when a person falls into the service zone.
  • Non-Tech Graduates can apply.
Responsibility:
  • Responsible for processing Payroll transactions such as Defensive queries, retro / Pay calculations or any other processes as defined by the client.
  • Ensure service delivery as per client Service Level Agreements. Identifying, sharing and supporting operational improvements.
  • Follow Data Security and Code of Conduct standards and ensuring compliance with MIS & other internal guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements.

  • Work on the data which client share - Data will be related to payroll
