Job Description

    Job description:Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant. Responsible for ensuring that the plant meets production targets, maintains quality standards, and adheres to safety protocols and proceduresRole and responsibilities:
    • Planning, organizing, directing, and running the plants operations to ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
    • Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators across all areas of the business to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards.
    • Driving any necessary culture change and improvement in business performance to deliver strategic goals.
    • Developing and implementing production schedules to ensure that the plant has the necessary raw materials to meet customer demand.
    • Ensuring that the plants employees are well-trained and have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
    • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that the plants production processes are efficient and effective.
    • Ensuring that the plants equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition.
    • Ensuring that the plants safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times.
    • Plant Inventory control, which includes Direct and indirect inventory.
    • Responsible for OpEx control and CapEx planning
    Requirements and Skills:
    • Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets and objectives.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in safety, quality assurance, and environmental management.
    • Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
    • Strong commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and workplace safety.
