Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and Responsibility:
    • Responsible for plant machinery maintenance Including Breakdown maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Periodic Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance
    • Accountable for availability of machines and equipment
    • Responsible for spare part management for all machines and equipment Responsible to maintain process parameters and quantifiers of all machines and equipment
    • Responsible for MTTR and MTBF within set target
    • Responsible for coordination and follow up with purchase department for procurement of spare part and availing services from suppliers
    • Responsible to maintain CNC, PLC, Robot, conventional machines
    • Responsible to restore machines with focused approach to increase availability of machine and to reduce breakdown time
    • Responsible for improvement, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE for Safety, Quality, Productivity improvement
    • Responsible for ISO/IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 documentation
    • Responsible for Daily Work Management, SS Inventory control
    • Responsible for Root Cause Analysis
    • Responsible to ensure uninterrupted power supply and air supply to plant by maintaining DG and Compressor
    • Responsible to ensure maintenance activities done thru SAP only
    • Leadership qualities to Build a result-oriented team
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • B.E. (Mechanical)
    • Proven Experience of 15-18 years in Mechanical Maintenance.
    • He must have experience of HMC, VMC, CNC, SPM, PLC, controlled machines and conventional machine.
    • In depth knowledge of Mechanical Assemblies, Hydraulic Systems/Circuit, Pneumatic Systems/Circuit trouble shooting, and Hands on experience.
    • He should aware of MS office & SAP system. IATF 16949, TPM & Safety.
    • Good verbal & written communication skills
    • Incumbent must be independent, unbiased and able to work under pressure
