Job Description

    Role Overview:As a senior finance leader, you will be responsible for taking ownership of accounting operations at a strategic level. Your role will require a combination of strong expertise in financial management and hands-on involvement in core accounting functions to meet evolving business needs.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including journal entries and financial closing- Lead cash forecasting, financial planning, and reporting activities- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing of books- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls- Support financial audits and regulatory requirements- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for financial decision-making- Take ownership of multiple accounting functions in a dynamic environment- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within the finance departmentQualification Required:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- 12 years of experience in accounting and finance roles- Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance- Hands-on experience in closing books, journal entries, and forecasting- Profound understanding of accounting standards and financial controls- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilitiesAdditional Details:N/A Role Overview:As a senior finance leader, you will be responsible for taking ownership of accounting operations at a strategic level.
