Job Description

    Process Associate/Process Developers Lloyd s Underwriting
    • Exposure to London Market i.e. Company (ILU & LIRMA) and Lloyds market is a must
    • Transaction processing for Underwriting Support Teams i.e. Review and process accounts according to underwriting Guidelines Provided
    • Ensure that turnaround time and quality of documents meets Company service standards
    • Responsible for Slips/Endorsement/Declarations Processing
    • Knowledge of Insurance Contract of UK (Slip), its sections and details such as written line, Sign Line etc
    • Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems
    • Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA
    • Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met
    Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications
    • Should have wing to wing knowledge of the Underwriting lifecycle
    • Any Graduate / Postgraduate with good problem solving skills
    • Experience in London Insurance Market or Underwriting
    • Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems
    • Demonstrate and cultivate customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative and innovation
    Preferred qualifications
    • Excellent processing skills and a positive, can do attitude.
    • Knowledge of Bureau/ Non-Bureau market
    • Good understanding of London Insurance Market
    • Proactive communication & moderate analytical skills
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
    • Higher certifications like - LM1 & LM2 may added advantage
