Come, be a part of our exciting journey Are you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate & Process Developer, Insurance Responsibilities: Generic: The positions operate in a dynamic and deadline driven environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, can do attitude. The candidate must have below: Collaborate with appropriate reinsurance resources (i.e., Underwriting Operations, IT, etc.) to report and provide resolution to issues preventing the accurate and prompt completion of submission activity Understand insurance processes and be able to research and process daily assumed/new business as well as renewal transactions Ensure that the instructions from the Underwriter followed Strong Insurance concepts Adherence to underwriting rules and guidelines and developing strong customer relationships through providing top-notch service. Maintain work tracking system to provide up to date and accurate metrics on insurance submission and renewal activity Also be willing to work flexible in varying shifts through the year and must react positively and effectively to needs of handling volume spikes (usually during renewal season) Qualifications and Experience: B.
