Job Description

    Roles and responsibilities:
    • Training & Development: Conduct onboarding and refresher training for telesales executives on sales techniques, communication skills, product knowledge, CRM usage, and compliance policies.
    • Process Optimization: Develop and implement standardized scripts, objection-handling techniques, and best practices to enhance sales efficiency.
    • Performance Monitoring: Identify training needs through call monitoring, quality audits, and performance metrics analysis
    • Coaching & Feedback: Provide one-on-one coaching, conduct mock calls, and share constructive feedback to improve agent performance.
    • Training Material Creation: Design training modules, SOPs, manuals, and assessment tools for continuous learning.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with team leads, quality analysts, and sales managers to align training objectives with business goals.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, customer expectations, and new sales strategies to enhance training effectiveness.
    Skills:
    • Bachelors degree in relevant field is a must
    • Proven experience in a telesales or BPO environment, with at least 3 years of experience in a Training role.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and manage a diverse team.
    • Excellent communication skill
    • Ability to manage performance, provide feedback, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
