Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!we have opening for Product AnalystJob descriptionOur client is a 5 year old online gaming company with market leading games in three segments - Poker, Rummy and Cricket. Their online games are ensured to be safe, trusted and secure for their customers. They have a registered base of over a million users and are working towards the growth of online gaming in the country.The founders are MIT alumni who bring with them immense tech and business knowledge to provide global level gaming services.As aProduct Analyst, you will partner closely with Product & Engineering teams in building a world class digital experience for companys customers. As an analyst you will have to develop an In-depth understanding of user journeys on our Platform and generate data driven insights & recommendations to help product business in meticulous decision making.What you will do:

  • Taking end-to-end ownership of key metrics, work with respective product owners to understand areas we need to measure and ensure the needle is moving in the right direction.
  • Developing strong hypothesis, executing A/B experiments and identifying area of opportunities with strong confidence level will be a critical part of your role.
  • Identifying the effort vs Impact metrics for the features in the product.
  • Being responsible for conducting and working on the A/B testing and manual testing of the features launched in the product.
  • Executing quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
  • Driving data driven decision making through the stake holders.
  • Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and support engineers to identify, prioritize and resolve issues
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.
  • You have 1+ Years of experience in relevant role
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with product analysis tools like Apxor, Clevertap, branch, mix panel, GA (Google Analytics)
  • Proficient in database software.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Nice to Haves:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
  • Hands on: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Experience on working with UI/UX designers.
  • Experience in analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.
  • Penchant for business, curiosity about numbers and persistence to work with data to tease out insights.
  • Knowledge of software development/ product life cycle.
