Job Description

    Hi,Position: Product Executive (International Business)Location: GurugramCTC: 4 LAP to 5.5 LAPJob Description:We are looking for a Product Executive with a background in International Business to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for product development, market research, sales tracking, and strategy formulation to enhance sales and brand presence in international markets.Key Responsibilities:
    • Product Development: Identify potential products, conduct market research, and generate product requirements.
    • Sales Tracking: Track monthly sales progression in assigned territories and create sales data reports and P&L sheets.
    • Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, special reports, and analyses.
    • Medico Marketing Support: Provide medico-marketing support and coordinate with teams for sales enhancement.
    • Brand Building: Develop innovative strategies for brand building and sales growth in assigned geographies.
    • Customer Needs: Determine customer needs by conducting research to gather market information.
    • Collaboration: Regularly meet with the country heads and teams in Ethiopia, Cambodia, and Uzbekistan to ensure alignment and performance tracking.
    Educational Requirements:
    • B. Pharm or Science background with excellent pharmaceutical knowledge.
    • Preferred experience in international business.
    Preferred Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
    • 2-3 years of international sales experience.
    • 1-2 years in Product Management Team (PMT), preferably with International Business experience.
