Your deep understanding of our customer and the business value drivers will accelerate near and long-term performance by identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing opportunities. Your efforts will increase customer engagement, improve customer experience, and drive repeat purchases of our products.What you ll do:
    • You will lead a cross functional team (including but not limited to engineers, content strategists, UX) through the product development lifecycle for a single product area to achieve a business goal.
    • You will articulate the needs of target segment(s) and anticipate their likely reaction to a given change.
    • You will use customer insights to develop a set of viable solutions for customer problems and to make product prioritization decisions with manager direction.
    • You will break down frameworks to understand key assumptions and identify gaps and/or potential improvements.
    • You will understand existing key performance indicators related to your own work and the importance of metrics in defining success (e.g., efficiency and effectiveness).
    • You will predict how much new product features will drive metric improvement
    • You will bring a defined group of internal and external partners together, identify how potential solutions could address a problem and assess the implications of potential solutions.
    • You will anticipate and assist team members in the creation of routine technical communication materials (e.g., policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages).
    • You will proactively drive alignment across teams ensuring the best available information is included in analysis and share findings with peers and leaders.
    Who you are:
    • Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience.
    • Some familiarity with agile practices, data science principles, the scientific method and reverse engineering.
    • Experienced serving as a SME for product features owned including the ability to demo, explain capabilities and understand technologies used.
    • Experience with platform related products and/or the travel or insurance a plus.
