Job Description

1.Product Strategy:Develop and communicate a clear product vision andstrategy in alignment with company goals.Conduct market research and analysis to identifytrends, opportunities, and customer needs.Define and prioritize product features based onbusiness value and customer impact.2.Product Development:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, includingengineering, design, and marketing, to drive productdevelopment from concept to launch.Create detailed product requirements, user stories,and acceptance criteria.Conduct regular product reviews to ensure alignmentwith strategic goals and timely delivery.3.Product Lifecycle Management:Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ideation,development, launch, and post-launch optimization.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators(KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas forimprovement.Iterate on products based on user feedback, markettrends, and performance metrics.4.Stakeholder Communication:Effectively communicate product plans, progress, andresults to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customersupport teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-marketstrategy.5.Team Leadership:Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieveproduct development goals.Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within theproduct team.Qualifications:1.Master's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or arelated field2.Proven experience (5 years) in product management, with asuccessful track record of delivering high-impact products.3. Good experience in CX is manadatory4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the abilityto make data-driven decisions.5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.6.Experience with agile development methodologies andtools.7.Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emergingtechnologies.
