Post - Production Manager-Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtimeOversee a workforce of 200 employees in the manufacturing departmentStrive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product linesEnsure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelinesSet ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnelProvide motivation, support and guidance to all employeesCommunicate any problems or obstacles to senior managementEstablish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrityCreate schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels.Prepare and maintain the documentations related to Customer Audits, IATF Audits, ISO, EHS Audits.Well efficient in managing work allocation within team members.Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirementsEstimate costs and prepare budgetOrganize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.Requirements: -2 years experience in manufacturing operations2 years experience in a supervisory capacityMinimum B Tech degree required.Preferable M.TechExcellent project management skillsProven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safetyWorking knowledge of OSHA and IATF regulationsAbility to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as as a group.Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting conceptsExperience in reporting on key production metricsProficient in MS Office and ERP softwareOutstanding communication abilityExcellent organizational and leaderships skillsAttention to detailStrong decision-making skills and a results-driven approachJob Type: Full-timeSalary: 25,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
