Job Title Professional, Software Development Engineering Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
• Design, development and testing of new features in the deployment applications
• Responsibility for design and implementation of software projects using C#, especially on the Web UI side
• Understanding the needs of stakeholders, translate them into requirements and develop them.
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
• Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results
• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes
• Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
• Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions
Job Related Experience:
• Design and development experience with at least 6 years of software development experience
• Proficient in C#.Net
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Powershell and web development frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery)
• Proven experience with software design and OOD methodologies
• Familiarity with Relational Databases (Oracle and MS SQL)
• Experience with ORM frameworks
• Experience with Web services development (SOAP, REST)
• Strong in Object Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns and SOLID principles
• Expert level knowledge in continuous Integration, delivery and deployment process.
• Experience with automation tools like Ant, Maven, Ansible for software build and deployment
