Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer- Mobility Services US HRSSResponsibilitiesManage current employee immigration cases Serving as the key point of contact for employees going through various types of immigration process (new visas, extensions, for countries like US, UK, Australia etc.) Proactively work with employees and their supervisors to communicate status and timelines Publishing bi-monthly dashboard to all the relevant stakeholders Ensure immigration data is accurately maintained on daily basis Ability to work with tight deadlines, eye to detail and self-starter Interaction with US, UK, Australia, Canada & India stakeholders and resolving their queries Having a solid work ethic and self-starter attitude is essential for this role Having sound knowledge of handling the re-patriation caseQualifications we seek in you Minimum QualificationsBachelor s degree, MBA would be Preferred Experience in working with a corporate immigration/ mobility team Experience in managing the expatriate process is essential for this role Customer-Service focused Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Well versed by MS office (Word, excel and PPT) Candidate should be ok with RTO & Noida location (Noida Sector 59-Genpact Headstrong) Willing to work in US Shifts Profiles from Delhi NCR will be preferred Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsCandidate should be ok with RTO & Noida location (Noida Sector 59-Genpact Headstrong) Willing to work in US Shifts Profiles from Delhi NCR will be preferred,
