Program Manager L5, Prime NOW, NCRThe role of Prime Now is to provide ultrafast (2 hour and same day scheduled) and reliable delivery for selection that customers need, or want, fast. Customers find their daily grocery essentials, fresh produce, home and Kitchen needs, appliances and more on Prime NOW. The program is highly cross-functional in nature, involves managing strategic partnerships, operations intensive, and requires a number of India-first solutions to be created. Joining the Amazon team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar on customer obsession, innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment.In this context, Prime NOW IN team is looking for a talented, self- driven program manager to lead NCR business for a strategic business partnership based out of Gurgaon. It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of one of the fastest growing businesses in the company .S/He will be a passionate customer and seller advocate within Amazon, with proven ability to grow business and drive operational excellence with partner(s). S/He, demonstrates high bias for owning new initiatives, ability to influence and operates with significant autonomy. This role presents a significant intellectual, business, and operational acumen development opportunity. You are results oriented, hands on, data driven and have thrived, succeeded operating in an environment where priorities shift fast and ambiguity is ever present.Key Responsibilities: Drives key metrics with partner s regional leadership , operating teams and stores Selection, In- stock, Must Have coverage, SWOOS, Order Defect Rate (ODR), C2S (Click to Ship) and outputs on GMS, AOV, UPOs Runs governance and processes with regional teams on Weekly/Monthly metrics review, promotion planning for buying cycle, art events, catalogue refresh, local marketing initiatives BTL, Catchment activations. Conducts store dive deeps/ workshops with partner s regional teams and AMZN City operations team to establish scalable operational processes on ODR, C2S,Produce and perishables Quality Management, Catalogue defects, Backend store infrastructure to support Prime NOW Operations at scale. Gets a sign off from partner s regional leadership for replication across stores. Negotiates alignments with regional and store teams on initiatives to improve customer experience - coverage expansion, adding delivery slots and picker capacity in stores, new selection, and store launch. Is the first point of contact for Amazon City operations and last mile team to drive partner alignments as per agreed SLAs. Key internal stakeholders for this role are - Amazon city operations leaders for in store and last mile operations, centrally based program teams in onboarding , operational excellence, product, selection and marketing, 4-5 years experience in key accounts management, business development in FMCG/offline retail/ecommerce/management consulting. Strong academic track record from top management institutes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven presentation skills, negotiation and influencing abilities to impact decision making at C-level executives. Strong numerical and analytical aptitude. Detail-orientation. Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. Team player Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools Preferred Qualifications A successful track record in Key a/c management in FMCG / offline retail /ecommerce management consulting is preferred. 4-5 years experience in key accounts management, business development in FMCG/offline retail/ecommerce/management consulting. Strong academic track record from top management institutes.
