Designation Project Coordinator (Ex MES) Job Description Preparing & Finalization of BOQ s & Estimates civil with off sheets for buildings & infrastructures.Reviewing civil drawings in respect to the BOQ s and getting the same finalized through architects.Preparing of tender documents scope of works, General conditions of contracts and special condition of contracts, approved makes, details specification for civil works.Reviewing services BOQ s and drawing and getting the same finalized through consultants.Liasoning with clients and govt. authorities for project approvals and getting the sanction and approvals.Projects scheduling and monitoring on MS Projects or Primavera.Preparation of bills and payment collection for ongoing projects.Preparation and finalization of project DPR sContract Administration such as Procurement of contractors.Domestic/ International Travel Experience 20- 30 years Location Gurugram Qualification B.Tech, B.E, Bsc.(Civil) OR Diploma (Civil) Certifying from Institute of Surveyors Preferable Desired Profile Retired from Military Engineer Services Experience Quantity surveying Estimation, Tendering, Cost Control, preparation of BOQs and Budgeting in Management of Building projects. Hands on knowledge of computer software s of surveying.,
