Job Description

    Job Title: Project CoordinatorAI Data Collection (Internship)Location and Working Mode: Gurgaon and6 Days (Hybrid -3Days Office and 3Days Home)Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in AI data collection and annotation projects: Help coordinate the workflow of data gathering and ensure that data is properly labeled for AI model training.2. Support onboarding and engagement of global data contributors and freelancers: Assist in bringing new data contributors on board and maintain strong communication to ensure consistent engagement.3. Collaborate with QA teams: Work with Quality Assurance teams to review the quality of data, ensuring that all project guidelines and standards are met.4. Monitor project progress: Use dashboards and progress trackers to identify issues, potential risks, or delays, and help flag these to ensure timely resolution.5. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with tools, vendor, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.6. Prepare project updates and reports: Assist in creating internal and client-facing reports and documentation, updating stakeholders on the status of ongoing projects.7. Follow data privacy and ethical AI guidelines: Learn and adhere to data privacy regulations and best practices related to compliance and ethical AI standards.
