Experience: 1 2 relevant years of experience No. of working days- 5 Educational/ Pro Qualications (Min): Graduate or PG Professional Skills: The ideal candidate will be self- motivated, detail oriented, driven by numbers, articulate, assertive, ambitious and very positive in outlook. Great account management and regular follow ups should already be strengths. Expertise in selling mid to large value service deals to corporate sector would be an added advantage. Personal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly energetic and resourceful, able to multi task. Very uent in English. Specic industry experience: Coordination or Management experience in the hospitality, event management, training, information services or media industries would be an advantage. Responsibilities: When training projects are conrmed, the person will coordinate with the relevant sales, operations and delivery teams to ensure that the project is executed as per expectations Helping ensure that the facilitator/ delivery person understands the clients expectations to match outcomes Tracking and maintaining a skills inventory of the delivery teams, so we have a ready repository of each trainers abilities. Working in parallel with Operations and Sales teams to track and detail relevant project expenses to aid the nance team in capturing operational protability Work with the Operations team to co- ordinate logistics for each program, ensuring that materials required for each program are delivered on time. Working with Sales and Finance to ensure that invoices are raised and sent for each project on time. Co- ordinate travel and stay for any outstation events with external vendors. Collate and analyse the feedback from facilitator/ client every week for respective teams.
