Job Description

    Team Manager Leadership Assessments & 360 Survey DeliveryKey ResponsibilitiesProject & Delivery Management
    • Ownend-to-end project managementfor leadership assessments and 360 surveys across internal and external platforms, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and project closure.
    • Managemultiple medium to high complexity projects, effectively prioritizing tasks based on urgency, impact, and client commitments.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigateoperational and delivery risks, ensuring timely and high-quality project outcomes.
    Stakeholder & Client Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact forinternal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
    • Participate in cross-functional and cross-market stakeholder forums to improve delivery efficiency and governance.
    • Supportplatform transitions and market migrations, ensuring seamless handover and continuity of service.
    Assessment & Survey Delivery
    • Gather and analyzeproject requirements, including assessment objectives, target populations, and reporting needs.
    • Configure and manageassessment and simulation setups, survey logic, scoring models, and reporting frameworks.
    • Overseeend-to-end deliveryof assessments, including launch, monitoring, reminders, closure, and result generation.
    Reporting, Analytics & Benchmarking
    • Design and deliverscore reports, dashboards, and insightstailored to client and market requirements.
    • Conductdata analysisto develop industry benchmarks, norms, and comparative insights across markets.
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of assessment data throughout the delivery lifecycle.
    Data & Documentation Management
    • Lead ongoingdata management activities, including data extraction, mining, validation, and visualization.
    • Create, maintain, and updateproject documentation, including requirements documents, design specifications, user manuals, and dashboards.
    • Ensure documentation supports scalability, repeatability, and audit readiness.
    Process Improvement & Innovation
    • Identify opportunities toenhance efficiency, quality, and scalabilityof delivery processes through automation, standardization, or new tools.
    • Actively contribute topost-technology transition initiatives, process redesign, and continuous improvement efforts.
    • Share best practices and lessons learned to improve future project executions.
    Team Collaboration & Leadership
    • Collaborate effectively with team members across functions, markets, and platforms to achieve shared delivery goals.
    • Demonstrateclear, structured, and impactful communicationin written and verbal interactions.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
    Skillsand KnowledgeRequirements:-
    • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office
    • Advanced Excel skills (including Excel Functions & VBA knowledge): Logical,financial, math, statistical, information and date and time functions. MultipleLookups, Pivot Table/Pivot Chart Report and creating charts
    • MS PowerPoint: Slide master, Inserting graphs and diagrams, Add soundeffects, animation and Exporting to Microsoft Word
    • MS Word: Should be able to format a table, add cover page, adjust margins,convert text to table and back.
    • -Advance Knowledge of Statistic functions like limitation and implication of correlation,regression, Knowledge about auto-correlation and Fore-casting.
    • - Strong analytical bent of mind and exposure to statistical tool, analytics tools,reporting tool preferably MS Power Apps/Tableau / PowerBI
    • - Basic knowledge of HTML and Java script.
    • -Business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent with Englishlanguage. Should be able to coherently and confidently communicate thoughts andideas verbally, non-verbally and in writing.
    • -Should be flexible, keen on taking initiatives, accountable, have a collaborativeapproach with fellow colleagues, self-motivator
    • -Should be open to change.
    • -Prefer advanced knowledge of analysis tools like R and Python

    • Education Graduates/Post Graduates (prefer but not limited to Computer Science/IT/Statistics
    • Shift Timings Willing to work in shifts
