Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for uPVC doors and windows.2. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, markets, and customer segments.3. Sales Expertise:In-depth knowledge of retail sales processes, strategies, and techniques to achievetargets and grow market share.4. Product Knowledge:Familiarity with uPVC doors and windows or related construction products.5. Financial Acumen:Ability to manage budgets, monitor collection, and analyze financial data.6. Market Analysis:Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and the ability to translate insightsinto actionable strategies. Communication:Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, tointeract with internal teams and external partners.7. Problem-Solving:Ability to identify and solve complex problems related to sales and customerrelationships.8.
