Job Description

    • job for you in:- purchase & store (male)
    • job responsibility
    • Purchase Management (Vendor Development, Strategic Negations, Group Procurement, Item development, Procurement Planning, Vendor Management, Verifying Purchase requisitions, Generating RFI/RFQ/RFP/BOQ & Purchase order in Tally/ ERP.)
    • Maintain the computerized & manual store ledger and control including annual inventory
    • All type store related work such as receipt of input general store item and quantity verification visual inspection on
    • for damages. In case damages are observed incoming to account department and purchase department for
    • loading insurance claim including preparation on of material receipt note (MRN)
    • Inspection & inventory of all incoming material
    • Preparing material cost sheet for billing and sales department.
    • Responsible for all on site aspects of the logistics, supply chain and customer delivery operations.
    • Planning, organizing and controlling of store stock of overall operations.
    • Coordinating with accounts department for timely payment of all vendors.
    • Monthly/annually giving MIS Report to the Management for production and wastage of printing material & Ink.
