Monitoring and evaluating quality performance. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements. Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes Developing and implementing quality control systems.About youYou will have a degree qualification in civil engineering and a member of a professional body. You have experience of working on hotel projects of similar nature -retrofitting / refurbishment works- managing QA/QC function.You are digitally savvy - an expert user of various planning software. You can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have good knowledge about the application of design principles in the delivery of construction projects and delivering high end luxury bungalows You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities we have to offer
