Responsible to Execute the SOP of the processes in consultation of MMs Responsible for Quality of Defect free products Assembly line including Quality issues analysis Product revalidation as per Customer requirement. Monitoring Gauges & Fixtures conditions on line. Prepare action plan or analysis Root cause by A3 & 8D. Responsible for Process & Product audit of line. Handling Customer Queries & meeting Deadlines on daily basis Records. Prepare improvement action plan with QC tool & technique monitoring. New product development at vendor end when problem related to customer, also prepare plan for Audit also. Handling Customer Queries & meeting Deadlines on daily basis Records. Analysis of Daily Near miss and GCA (GLOBAL CUSTOMER AUDIT) Provide short term training session of QA related problems Doing ISO TS 16949 :2009 Documentation work. Responsible for Calibration of Instruments used in QA. Daily Monitoring DWM (Daily work management) Board. Implementation of 5S, KAIZEN & Continuous Improvement related to cost, Quality, Moral, Safety and related Processes. To ensure quality on line & Provide on line training for any customer near miss defect, Material handling, Line Feeding, MARU A Defect s. To optimize the productivity by various methods: By continual Improvements, Optimum utilization of all the resources 4Ms (Man, Machine, Material, Method, ) . To provide the training facility to Operators. Ensure full Dispatch Compliance on JIT Basis. To achieve highest quality production & lowest rejection. Kaizens on existing line for improving productivity. Planning of Assembly Area Layout for achieving best productivity with Quality Product. Actively Involved in Kaizen, Cost saving Suggestions. Poka Yoke and Process Setup & Line Setup Confirm, implementation & maintain of standard documents Review achievement against plans on daily basis. Promote & maintain 5S in Shop floor based on guide lines. Has to make Salary 3 Lac To 4 Lac P.A. Industry Manufacturing / Production / Quality,
