Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Specialist for our home furnishing export division based in Gurugram. This full-time position offers an annual salary of 5,00,000 and is ideal for professionals with a passion for quality assurance and control in the home textiles industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance before they reach our customers.Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct thorough quality control inspections on home furnishing products to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
    • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to enhance product quality and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
    • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities, providing detailed reports to management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality control and home textiles to continuously improve processes.
    • Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
    • Participate in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • A minimum of 4 to 9 years of experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in the home textiles or home furnishing sector.
    • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools, including QA/QC processes.
    • Proficiency in quality management systems and standards.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
