Job Description

    1. Quality Monitoring & Audits Conduct regular quality audits of telesales calls, emails, and CRM activities for assigned agents. Evaluate interactions against defined quality parameters, compliance guidelines, and sales effectiveness metrics. Maintain accurate quality scores, audit reports, and performance trackers. 2. Feedback & Coaching Share structured, actionable, and timely feedback with agents to address gaps and reinforce best practices. Identify individual and team-level improvement areas related to pitch delivery, objection handling, product knowledge, and closing skills. Work closely with team leaders to drive corrective actions and performance improvement plans. 3. Sales Performance Enablement Partner with sales leadership to ensure quality insights translate into increased conversions and revenue. Track the impact of quality interventions on key sales metrics such as conversion rate, productivity, and revenue per agent. Recommend process improvements to enhance overall sales effectiveness. 4. Training & Knowledge Enablement Cascade new product updates, process changes, and policy revisions to the telesales team. Support new hire training, induction programs, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) as required. Identify recurring skill gaps and collaborate with training teams to design refresher sessions.
