Job Description

Position - Quality Assurance Assistant

Qualification - Graduate

Experience - 1 to 3 Years

Job Type - Full Time

Location - Gurugram, Haryana

We are looking for a reliable team member to ensure that all external and internal quality requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. The QA Assistant will be responsible for identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.

Need candidates who can join within 15 to 20 days.

Responsibilities & duties:
  • Maintain/manage transaction quality profile for all processes
  • Conduct quality audits as per defined guidelines and sampling
  • Ensure 100% closure of feedback by customers
  • Create and publish regular audit reports with management(daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Conduct training for groups of agents, when needed to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Should have good communication skills(written and spoken)
  • Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met

Requirements: -

  • Should be a resident of Gurugram
  • 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance in the foodservice industry
  • Should be open to traveling
  • Bachelor Degree
