To check the parameters as per the control plan during setup of production & periodically inspected as per frequency & record in the process inspection report To carry out SPC wherever applicable To maintain the records of daily line rejections & discuss with production to control & take preventive action To make pareto diagram for line rejections & analyze the defects. To maintain all the relevant records as per TS 16949 To maintain the records of rework , scrap & salvage To make Daily Line Rejection MIS To raise the debit note to vendors for line rejection To display the visual defects on line To impart training to final inspectors.
