  • Manage a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small QA automation within a project
  • Serve as an entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process/ application/product
  • Have a track record of applying the right level of test automation at the right application layer using the most appropriate too
  • Build tools that help developers be more productive, write better code, and test it themselves
  • Develop and execute comprehensive suites of Automation test plans and test cases, maintaining and adding to existing automation framework, continued evaluation of test cases for inclusion in regression, automation for newly integrated features, and development of tool sets or Automation Frameworks to augment QA and Development testing
  • Work closely with Software Developers and other QA engineers in scrum teams to deliver the highest quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Create, maintain and execute test plans and test cases against our software platforms, estimating test efforts, analyzing and communicating test results, defect tracking and participating in day to day QA activities
  • Add to the company s performance and scalability testing efforts
  • Write specialized testing tools and test harnesses to test our applications
Required Qualifications:
  • B.Tech/MCA/Msc/MTech, (minimum 16 years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • 8 or more years of previous experience with software quality assurance and/or software testing
  • Minimum 5 years of Automation Testing or development experience
  • Excellent coding skills in Java
  • Automation using Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, JMeter, Sauce Lab, Protector or similar tools
  • Experience with databases (MySQL)
  • Experience in Cucumber, Gherkin
  • Experience in API and UI testing
  • Experience in designing Automation Frameworks and test harnesses
  • Experience in working with continuous integration and continuous testing system such as Jenkins and GitHub
  • Have a track record of influencing developers, making it easy to do the right thing, doing it right the first time; and deploy a test vision, overcoming objections, finding ways to create a win-win
  • Has hands-on approach in implementing QA processes right from requirements analysis, test design, automation and analysis
  • Good knowledge about testing concepts and understanding of database concepts, OOPs concepts and strong in core Java skills
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules, strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
  • Ability to develop quality automation code and maintaining the same
  • Ability to be passionate around automating end-to-end testing including front-end or back-end applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of HL7, FHIR, FHIR Proficiency certified
  • Understanding of US Health Care System
  • Understanding of Crucible or Touch Stone Or similar Framework for FHIR Based testing
