• Implement best practices and methods together, analyse and summarize relevant quality metrics, using automation where applicable.
• Drive various quality initiatives in accordance with customer expectations and Nokia s business needs.
• Contribute to enhance Repair Quality in line to latest technological requirements.
• Track quality reports and support in escalating any non-conformances.
• Builds awareness and provides training to needed resources.
• Builds up the quality of the controls execution to ensure no gaps exist by working closely with all control owners
• Optimizes the processes and related controls for managing execution, captures evidence and provides supporting exhibits for audit purposes
• Defines, documents, and monitors Controls Designs for the Quality & Compliance organization.
• Monitors and tracks completion of CAPA/NCR (Corrective and Preventive Actions/Non-Compliance Reporting)
• Collaborates with the senior management for internal and external audits and other compliance initiatives
• Executes internal controls auditing for the Quality & Compliance Organization
• Provides status reporting to senior management on status of controls execution
• Monitors quality processes and ensures adherence by Suppliers and Internal Resources
