Job Description

    We are hiring for theRAN - Telecom AnalystExperience - 5-8 YearsLocation - GurgaonKeyword. Mandatory:
    • Any 2 out of: Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei
    • Any 2 out of: LTE, NR, GSM, UMTS, WCDMA
    • Any 2 out of: configuration, integration, troubleshooting, commissioning, installation
    • Any 1 out of: 3910, 3900, 6900, 6910, 6601, 6000, SRAN
    Optional:BSS, BTS, RNC, enodeB, nodeB, gnodeb, Ericsson radio, RRH, RRU, RRUW, ERS, Ericsson radio systemLocation - GurgaonInterview -It will be face to face in Gurgaon officeNotice period Immediate to 1 Month ( Looking for)Network Skill & Knowledge:
    • Knowledge of RAN protocols.
    • Knowledge of RAN interfaces and Cell/Node/BSC/RNC configuration level parameters.
    • Knowledge of RAN hardware. Multi-Vendor experience preferred.
    • Analysis of configuration files and undertaking taking network audit to identify improper parameters.
    • Identification of Node & Cell level logical parameters and physical configuration from the network dumps.
    • KPI and Parameter level audit of the network based on customer requirement.
    • Suggestion of KPI improvement plan.
    • Modifying automation scripts as per the requirement.
    • Supporting other team domain like Core, TX and MPBN for resolving any issue
    • Knowledge of RAN equipment (Nokia, Ericson, ZTE and Huawei). Excellent Knowledge of hardware deployed in the field and configuration level knowledge.
    • Executing the test cases (Regression test cases, Functional testing, Network Testing, Release testing.) and taking the different logs of the same.
    • Report and test of the Bugs if found any in the respective tools with the respective logs.
