Skills required
B.E./ B. Tech/ MBA
More than 5 yearsof relevant automation experience
Experience with Big4/leading consulting firms would be preferred
Should have done atleast 2 end to end RPA implementation
1-2 years ofprofessional experience in programming including scripting and coding would bean added advantage
Candidates applyingfor senior consultant role should have a background in one or more RPAtechnologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism)
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be predominantly responsible for executing automationrelated engagements
Demonstratingstrong business understanding and suggest right automation solution for variousbusiness scenarios
Initial assessmentof use case including risk identification, benefit analysis etc.
Conducts requirementgathering session with Process Owner/Business Focal/Process SME to understandthe process to be automated
Assess thecomplexity, technical feasibility, dependencies (like Access, Data setup etc.)for automation of process
Be involved inestimating the development effort
Captures theacceptance/success criteria for steps in the process
Adapting to newclient situations quickly and work under a competitive environment
Prepare, submit,present deliverables to client and internal stakeholders.
Apply perspectivesof leading business practices, standard RPA solutions and internal controls in RPAto client processes and identify gaps as well as guide and support team memberson these perspectives
Candidate
Should haveexcellent communication skills.
Should be flexibleto adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours, work environments andlocations.
Should be a teamplayer, self - driven and able to work independently.
Manage his/hertechnical delivery independently and deliverables within the defined timeline
Work on fulllifecycle of the projects from planning to execution and closure
